Dive gear manufacturing is not so easy. There are many companies offering products of different quality and prices.
To make our gear different or special was not an easy job. We aimed to make gear better, lighter as weight is very important, especially if you travelling allot and extra pounds could be very pricy.
TiTANIUM BACKPLATE
Harness system together with Backplate is an essential tool for Technical and Recreational divers. Backplate allows you to use harness in different configurations such as single tank diving, dbl-tank, rebreather and even sidemount. The only thing you need to change is a wing.
Backplated Harness is a great tool, very easy to set up and use. It’s solid, robust and will last forever. In our backplate we have added slots so you can instal weight system ( trim pouches ) or “FLY” weight system directly on your plate for optimal trim and balance in water.
TiTANIUM
TiTANIUM is 2 times lighter and stronger then Stainless Steel, also it is absolutely corrosion resistant in salt water and marine environment. Unlike Aluminum, TiTANIUM does not make a recation with stainles steel, know as galvanic pair. As a result aluminium parts are getting easy damaged and broken.
We have replaced all hardware with TiTANIUM. Our harness, backplates, tank adapters and other metal parts are twice lighter with the same strength as common stainless steel and last forever.
TECHNOLOGIES
OWN MANUFACTURING FACILITY
We are a small, boutique-like dive gear company. We operate differently than most dive gear vendors, who order parts from the same factory in Asia, put their own logo and It’s ready to go. We have our own facility and machine shop use modern 3 and 4 Axis CNC machines that allow us to get high quality products.
PARTS AND COMPONENTS
We use top quality components for our products. Original Cordura, fabrics from USA, Gutermann threads and DELRIN/POM from Germany. Our main Metal for all hardare is Titanium [Ti]. Having our own factory has additional advantages, we can handle requests for special orders and custom make gear.
CNC ROUNDED EDGES
All Our backplates edges and harness slots have CNC rounded edges. This is very expensive and time consuming procedure but as a result, it elimminates damage to the garness and your dive suit. If you are looking for a Top quality Titanium backplate, Helium Dive gear is the way to go.
