Pavel Okishev is a technical and cave diving instructor with over 20 years of experience. He’s lived and worked in Russia, Thailand, Mexico, and the U.S., training and diving in some of the world’s most challenging environments—from deep wrecks to flooded cave systems.
Certified and trained in the U.S., Pavel has led technical dives worldwide and worked on the design and development of advanced rebreathers and dive gear.
As CEO of Helium Dive and Tec-CCR, he brings hands-on expertise to every product.
