WING SPECS
– OUTTER SHELL. Made with original MADE IN USA Cordura 1000D fabric, ensuring excellent protection and longevity. Additionally, we utilize Guterman threads from the special Solbond series, specifically designed to withstand marine environments.
– INNER BLADDER. To produce the blader we use special dual layers TPU Cordura 420D fabric, designed for inflatable products, such as life wests. We use HF welding machine to make the bladder sealed. Every bladder stay inflated for 24 hours to test the seams.
– DESIGN & SHAPE. Donut shape wing provides perfect control, allowing divers to easily fine tune their buoyancy, regardless of diving position. It creates less drag, less effort and more diving enjoyment.

We also use selfmade ascembled Valves – bladder parts. СNC made of Delrin rod, so you never have any failure or issues like with welded valves
Unlike every other wing on the market, we have placed Inflator on the top of the wing. It doesn’t create air gap and provide better hose routing as well as buoyancy control.
